They Stole Your Thoughts
Propaganda is not advertising. It is not information. It is not opinion. Propaganda is the theft of thought.
When someone tells you what to think, without giving you the tools to understand for yourself, that is propaganda. When someone repeats the same phrase a hundred times until you accept it as truth, that is propaganda. When someone makes you choose between two options that both serve the same master, that is propaganda.
The system wants you confused, scared and dependent. Because a confused and scared people does not rebel. A confused and scared people obeys. And votes. Votes for those who are robbing them.
How Propaganda Works
Propaganda has worked the same way for a hundred years. It does not matter if we speak of fascism, communism, democracy or dictatorship. The mechanism is identical.
1. Repetition
Repeat a lie a thousand times and it becomes truth. Not because it is true, but because the human brain gets tired of fighting. After a while, it accepts everything. This is Goebbels' principle, Hitler's propaganda minister. And it still works today.
2. Fear
They tell you there is an enemy. The communist. The fascist. The foreigner. The terrorist. The virus. Climate change. It does not matter who. What matters is that you are afraid. Because when you are afraid, you do not think. When you are afraid, you look for a protector. And the protector is always the same: the State.
3. The Scapegoat
They tell you that your problems do not depend on them, but on someone else. Corrupt politicians. Immigrants. Europe. The powers that be. China. Russia. Anyone except those who really command. The game is always the same: shift the blame.
4. The False Choice
They make you choose between two options. Right or left. Party A or party B. But both options are controlled by the same system. Both serve the same 5% that owns more than 95%. You believe you are choosing. In reality, you are only choosing which color of chains to wear.
The Tools of Propaganda
Propaganda uses precise tools. It is not improvised. It is an industry. Here are the main ones.
Television
The most powerful medium ever invented. It enters homes, brains, families. It tells you what is important and what is not. What is true and what is false. Who is good and who is bad. TV does not inform: it forms. In the sense that it gives you the shape they want.
Newspapers
In Italy, the Journalists' Register was established in 1925 under fascism. It is still in force. If you want to be a journalist, you either do propaganda or you do not do it. There is no third way.
School
School does not teach you to think. It teaches you to obey. It teaches you that there is always someone who knows more than you. It teaches you that power is elsewhere, not in you. It is the perfect training to create obedient subjects.
Social Media
Algorithms show you only what confirms your beliefs. They create bubbles. They create divisions. They make you angry at those who think differently. And while you are angry at your neighbor, the masters divide the spoils.
The Owners of the Media
All governments in the world, as soon as they take office, do exactly the same thing: they get their hands on the media. It is the first move. Before making laws, before appointing ministers. Controlling information is the absolute priority.
How do they do it? With money. Your money. Almost all media receive public funding, that is, taxpayers' money. They take it from you with taxes and use it to pay for the propaganda that keeps you enslaved.
And what about those who do not receive public funding? Private media, those living on shareholders? Nothing changes. Those who have enough money to finance a media outlet are the same ones who have bought the politicians. The same 5% that owns more than 95%. The same ones who write the laws to their own measure.
If a private media outlet does not publish propaganda in their favor, the shareholders sell their shares. And the media outlet fails. It is mathematics. No law is needed to impose silence. Economic blackmail is enough.
There is no free information in a system where the money for information comes from those who have every interest in manipulating it.
How to Recognize Propaganda
Recognizing propaganda is simple. Just ask yourself some questions.
- Who is speaking? What interests do they have?
- Are they giving me information or telling me what to think?
- Are they showing me facts or leveraging fear?
- Are they offering solutions or pointing to a scapegoat?
- Are they proposing a real choice or a false choice?
If a news story makes you angry, stop. If a news story makes you scared, stop. If a news story makes you hate someone, stop. True information makes you understand. Propaganda makes you react. Learn to distinguish.
Information in the Community of Sovereigns
In the Community of Sovereigns, propaganda is a crime against Personal Sovereignty. Because if someone manipulates you, they deny you the right to decide freely.
Information is transparent. Every news story has a source. Every source is verifiable. Every verification is public. There is no master who decides what you should know.
Today: Information is controlled by a few. You are a target.

The Four Weapons Against Propaganda
- Think with your own head. Do not accept anything without verifying.
- Seek the sources. Who says it? Why do they say it? Who pays them?
- Doubt strong emotions. Anger and fear are the weapons of propaganda.
- Share the truth. Even if uncomfortable. Even if unpopular. Especially if uncomfortable.
Freedom Is a Way of Thinking
Propaganda cannot be stopped with a law. Not in the current system. Because those who make the laws are the same ones who make the propaganda.
The only way to stop it is to become immune. Learn to recognize it. Learn to think with your own head. Learn not to delegate your brain to anyone.
The first step is the simplest: the next time you read a news story, stop for a moment. And ask yourself: "Is this information or propaganda?"
