There is a book that describes a new world. A world where no one stands above anyone else. Where the time of life returns to the hands of those who live it. Where housing, knowledge, health and work are not privileges, but rights. Here are the most important passages. The ones that, if read carefully, can change the way you look at the world.

The stolen words

«Democracy», «Republic», «Freedom» are empty shells, contaminated by decades of abuse, emptied of all authentic meaning. We cannot use them to describe the world we want to build. It would be like drinking clean water from a poisoned glass.

The Establishment has emptied the words that should evoke justice and dignity. It has used them to justify the exact opposite of what they should represent. That is why we have chosen two new words: Community of Sovereigns. Words that have never been spoken by politicians at their rallies. Virgin, clean, powerful words.

Chapter 9 – The Community of Sovereigns

The one-storey building

A building where everyone lives on the same level. Where no one can climb above anyone else's head. Where there are no penthouses with panoramic views and no basements without light. Where the sun enters equally through every window. Where every door opens onto the same garden.

No one stands above anyone else. There is no politician above the citizen. No banker above the saver. No boss above the worker. We are all sovereigns. And sovereigns, by definition, all stand on the same level. There is no first-class sovereign and no second-class sovereign.

What it means to have power

To have power, in the Community of Sovereigns, means three things: power over oneself, power to do, power to decide together.

Power over oneself is self-determination: no one can decide for you on matters concerning your life, your body, your work, your home. Power to do is material capacity: it is not enough to have the right to decide, you must have the means to do so. Power to decide together is participation: decisions concerning the community must be taken together, as equals, not by a leader.

Chapter 9.2 – What it means to have power

The time of life

How well am I living the brief time I am given on this earth?

It is the question the system will never ask you. Because if it did, and if it found an honest answer, the whole house of cards would collapse. We are passing through. We have a few decades, if all goes well. And in these few decades, what does the system offer us? Precarious work. Rents that eat up your salary. Healthcare that is never truly free. Debt. Taxes. Wars. Stress. Anxiety. Fear. The Community of Sovereigns is born precisely from this question. From the awareness that our time is limited, precious, unrepeatable.

Chapter 11 – The time of life

The sovereign's home

Not a room. A palace.

In the Community of Sovereigns, every citizen receives a home of their own at birth. Not rented. Not mortgaged. Owned. Full, total, irrevocable. Forever. Inalienable. With a garden, with a creation space, with land for a family vegetable plot. Because without a safe place, you are not a sovereign: you are a refugee.

Chapter 12 – The sovereign's home

The Temple of Knowledge

Free, beautiful, for life.

Knowledge is not a commodity. It is not an obligation. It is not a punishment. It is the highest nourishment of the human soul. In the Community of Sovereigns, school changes its name and nature. It is called the Temple of Knowledge. It is open to all, always. Without grades, without deadlines, without anxiety. Only the pleasure of learning. Because knowledge is the nourishment of the soul. And every sovereign has the right to be nourished.

Chapter 13 – The Temple of Knowledge

Health is not a business

Pharmacies are a business. Health is a market. The sick person is a customer. Healing is a profit. It is the most obscene thing that exists.

You have been told that this country has one of the best public healthcare systems in the world. That it is free, universal, accessible to all. You have been told this so many times that perhaps you believed it. Now look at the reality. To get treatment, you often have to pay. Charges upon charges. The specialist visit? Charge. The tests? Charge. The scan? Charge. Healthcare is free only on paper. In reality, it is a subscription with rising costs. And waiting lists? You book a specialist visit and they give you an appointment in months. Sometimes a year. If you have money, you go to a private clinic and it is sorted in a week. If you do not, you wait. And while you wait, the illness advances. And medicines? The essential ones are free, they say. But the innovative ones, the ones that really work, cost thousands. If you cannot pay, you keep the illness. And meanwhile, private healthcare thrives. The worse the public system gets, the more the private sector earns. You pay for healthcare twice. The first time with taxes, which should already guarantee it. The second time with charges, private visits, paid-for medicines. It is the double theft of health. The State takes your money, gives you back a service that does not work, and then tells you: "If you want something better, pay." And you pay. Because you have no choice. Because health cannot wait.

Chapter 14 – Health is not a business

Sovereign Consensus

Among sovereigns, we do not vote. We decide together. No one wins. No one loses. Everyone wins.

In the Community of Sovereigns there are no elections, no majority referendums, no votes where some win and some lose. There is only unanimous consensus. If even a single citizen disagrees, the decision is not taken. Discussion continues, people listen, a compromise is sought that suits everyone. Because if I impose something on you that you do not accept, I am violating your sovereignty. And your sovereignty is no less important than mine.

Chapter 24 – Sovereign Consensus

Sovereign money

Money is no longer a debt. It is a right. And like air, water, land, it belongs to everyone.

In the Community of Sovereigns, money is digital, public and debt-free. Private banks are abolished. Seigniorage returns to the Community, that is, to the people. Every citizen has a single digital account, opened at birth, that accompanies them throughout life. Every transaction is traced. Corruption becomes impossible by design, not by hope. And taxes are abolished. All of them.

Chapter 22 – Sovereign money

Justice as reparation

Did you steal? You work for the one you stole from. Did you defraud? You work for the one you defrauded. Did you kill? You work for the victim's family, for the rest of your life.

In the Community of Sovereigns, prison does not exist. Those who commit a crime do not go to jail: they make reparation. Through their work. The value of their work is paid first to the victim, until full compensation. Then to the community, to cover the costs of the trial and as compensation for the social harm. When the debt is paid, the sentence is extinguished. The victim obtains concrete justice. The community does not spend money keeping the offender. The offender contributes and learns a trade. Recidivism collapses.

Chapter 21 – The judicial system

The women's revolution

Economic violence is the first violence. Because it takes away from women the very possibility of rebelling.

Economic dependence is the lock that keeps the cage closed. In this country, economic abuse is now recognised by law — but recognising it is not enough: without money, a woman still cannot leave. The Community of Sovereigns breaks the lock at the root with five pillars: guaranteed income, guaranteed home, guaranteed health, guaranteed work, guaranteed knowledge. With these five pillars, a woman is free. Materially free. She can leave at any moment, without starving. She can say "no" to a humiliating job, to a blackmailing boss, to a violent partner. The cage no longer has a lock.

Chapter 17 – The women's revolution

The future belongs to the young

We are not giving you anything for free. We are giving you back what was stolen from you.

Today in this country, being young means: zero-hours contracts, unpaid internships, rents that eat up your salary, student debt, the fear of never being able to build a secure future. The most educated generation in history is also the most precarious. In the Community of Sovereigns, being young is not a condemnation. It is an opportunity. You have a home in your name. You have a guaranteed income. You have a space for creation. You can study for as long as you want, without debt. You can start a project, funded by the Community. You can stay. You can build your life here, in your country, near your family, your roots. Because here there is everything you need.
